What SIRI measures
The Smart Industry Readiness Index is the World Economic Forum-endorsed framework for Industry 4.0 maturity, maintained by INCIT. It assesses three building blocks across 16 dimensions, so the score reflects your whole operation rather than just the shop floor.
Building block 1. Process
How work flows: operations, supply chain, product lifecycle. The largest block, because most readiness gaps live here.
Building block 2. Technology
Automation, connectivity, and intelligence across the plant. These are the layers we integrate in an IT-OT engagement.

Structure, talent, and leadership. The dimension transformation programs most often underinvest in.

Before you book
Can't we just self-assess?
You can run an internal review, and it's better than nothing. What it can't give you is the external benchmark, or an assessor who has scored the same 16 dimensions across many plants. And where a funding programme requires a SIRI score, it requires the official assessment.
Who sees our results?
The report and the score are yours. We treat assessment results as confidential and don't reference them publicly.
What if we score low?
The assessment isn't a pass or fail. A low score in a dimension just moves it up the roadmap, and many dimensions improve with process changes before any technology spend.
What does it cost?
A fixed fee, agreed before kickoff and scoped to a single facility. It's an entry engagement, not a consulting programme. You get the exact figure after a short scoping call.
After the assessment
The roadmap is yours. If you want help executing it, we start with item one. Most clients use the roadmap to start the highest-payback project, usually an IT-OT integration that unlocks the data everything else depends on. That's the work we do every day.
